Terms & Conditions for Sanju Ayurvedisk Wellness Programs

Welcome to Sanju Ayurvedisk. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, wellness programs, studio-based services, and mobile in-home wellness services. By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.

  1. Nature of Our Services

Sanju Ayurvedisk offers Ayurvedic wellness programs, relaxation experiences, wellbeing sessions, lifestyle guidance, mindfulness activities, and holistic wellness services.

Services may be provided:

  • At our wellness studio
  • At a client’s residence, hotel, workplace, or approved location within a service radius of up to 200 kilometres from our studio location
  • Through approved wellness events, retreats, workshops, or wellbeing programs

All services are intended solely for relaxation, wellbeing, and lifestyle support.

We do not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Medical treatment
  • Healthcare services
  • Physiotherapy
  • Psychological treatment
  • Prescription services
  • Emergency medical care
  1. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly request that clients:

  • Keep mobile phones on silent mode
  • Speak quietly within the premises
  • Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests
  • Follow instructions provided by staff
  • Refrain from disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose behaviour negatively impacts the experience of others.

  1. In-Home Wellness Services

Sanju Ayurvedisk offers mobile wellness services at client locations within a radius of up to 200 kilometres from our studio.

For in-home visits:

  • The client must provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment for the session.
  • Adequate space must be available for the wellness program.
  • Parking fees, tolls, ferry charges, or other travel-related expenses may be charged where applicable and communicated in advance.
  • Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, travel restrictions, and scheduling availability.

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to decline or discontinue an in-home session if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  1. Reservations and Bookings

Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

Bookings may be made:

  • Through our website
  • By email
  • By telephone
  • Through approved booking platforms

Walk-in guests may be accommodated at our studio subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Sanju Ayurvedisk.

  1. Arrival and Punctuality

For studio appointments, we recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

For in-home services, clients should ensure they are available at the agreed appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

The full session fee may still apply.

  1. Delays and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur.

If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate reasonable delays; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Should Sanju Ayurvedisk experience an unforeseen delay, we will notify you promptly and offer:

  • Rescheduling to a mutually convenient time; or
  • A credit towards a future booking; or
  • A refund where appropriate.
  1. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and staff, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 24 Hours Before Appointment

  • Full refund or rescheduling available.

Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment

  • Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Refunds may not be available.

No-Show Appointments

If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full booking fee may be retained.

  1. Health and Wellness Information

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, clients are encouraged to inform us before participation if they:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have injuries or mobility limitations
  • Have allergies or sensitivities
  • Have recently undergone surgery
  • Have any health concerns that may affect participation

This information allows us to determine whether participation is appropriate and to adapt the experience where reasonably possible.

  1. Wellness Disclaimer

Sanju Ayurvedisk provides Ayurvedic wellness programs and wellbeing experiences designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, balance, stress reduction, and general wellbeing.

Our services are intended solely for wellness and lifestyle purposes.

We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

If you have health concerns, symptoms, allergies, injuries, are pregnant, or are receiving medical care, please consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before participating in any wellness program.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

  1. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

While reasonable care is taken, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to our studio or present during in-home sessions.

  1. Gift Cards, Packages and Memberships

Gift cards, wellness packages, and memberships:

  • May not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • Must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
  • May be transferred to another individual unless otherwise stated.

Unused portions are generally non-refundable.

  1. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Any inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour towards staff or other guests may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and refusal of future bookings.

  1. Feedback and Complaints

We value your feedback and continuously strive to improve our services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our wellness programs or use of our website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Norwegian law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
