Terms & Conditions for Early Booking Offers (“Pre-Book & Save”)

These Terms & Conditions apply to promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers available through the Pre-Book & Save reservation program offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

By making a reservation under a Pre-Book & Save offer, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The Pre-Book & Save offer is available exclusively for clients who:

• Reserve an eligible wellness program or service in advance through our approved booking channels.
• Complete payment at the time of booking.
• Meet any specific promotional requirements stated during the reservation process.

Unless otherwise stated, reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to qualify for promotional pricing.

2. Reservation Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the booking process.

Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be responsible for issues, delays, or missed appointments resulting from incorrect contact details, inaccurate booking information, or failure to review the reservation confirmation.

3. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your reservation and payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email or through the booking platform used.

The confirmation will include:

• Booking reference number
• Service details
• Appointment date and time
• Location (Studio or In-Home Service, where applicable)

Please retain your confirmation details for future reference.

4. Pricing and Payment

Early Booking Rates

Pre-Book & Save rates are promotional rates available only for qualifying advance reservations.

These rates may be:

• Lower than standard pricing
• Available for limited periods
• Subject to availability

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Vipps
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bank Transfer
• Other approved payment methods available at checkout

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion:

More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

• One complimentary rescheduling may be permitted, subject to availability.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

• Promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may not be available.

No-Show Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

6. Credit Notes and Promotional Credits

Where a refund is not available under the applicable booking conditions, Sanju Ayurvedisk may, at its discretion, issue a credit note or booking credit.

Any credit issued:

• May be used for future eligible services.
• Must be redeemed within the validity period stated.
• Is non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

7. Changes to Services

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, or discontinue services, programs, promotional offers, or booking options where reasonably necessary.

Where a significant change affects a confirmed booking, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide suitable alternatives.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
