Booking a Wellness Program

Bookings for wellness programs, consultations, events, workshops, retreats, or wellbeing sessions may be made through our website, by email, telephone, or approved booking platforms.

To make a booking:

1. Select the wellness program or service.
2. Choose your preferred date and time (where applicable).
3. Provide the required contact information.
4. Complete payment if required.
5. Receive confirmation of your booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation has been issued by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

Payment Options

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by Client

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling option.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Refund may not be available.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (“No Show”): The booking fee may be retained.

Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Requests should be made as early as possible.

Cancellation by Sanju Ayurvedisk

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to:

• Staff unavailability
• Operational requirements
• Force majeure events
• Safety concerns

Where possible, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments
• Cancellation within the permitted cancellation period

Gift Cards and Wellness Packages

Gift cards and wellness packages:

• May not be exchanged for cash.

Unused portions of packages are generally non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.

The full booking fee may still apply.
