Terms & Conditions for Promotional Offers, Partner Campaigns and Third-Party Deals

The following terms apply to promotional offers, partner campaigns, referral programs, discount vouchers, corporate wellness programs, influencer collaborations, and third-party marketing promotions offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

1. Eligibility

Promotional offers are valid only for bookings made in accordance with the specific campaign requirements communicated at the time of the offer.

Eligibility criteria may vary depending on the promotion and may include:

• Online reservations
• Advance bookings
• Membership status
• Partner affiliations
• Corporate wellness programs
• Referral programs
• Promotional voucher codes

2. Advance Reservation Requirement

Promotional offers may require advance booking.

Reservations remain subject to availability and operational capacity.

Walk-in availability for promotional offers is not guaranteed.

3. Promotional Codes and Vouchers

Where a promotional code, voucher, referral code, or campaign code is required:

• The code must be entered during the booking process.
• The discount cannot normally be applied after a booking has been completed.
• Only one promotional code may be used per booking unless otherwise specified.

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to verify the validity of promotional codes before applying any benefit.

4. Offer Validity

Each promotion will have its own validity period.

The applicable start date, end date, redemption period, and any specific conditions will be stated in the relevant promotional materials.

Expired promotions cannot be redeemed unless expressly approved by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

5. Eligible Services

Promotions may apply only to specific wellness programs, massage services, memberships, gift cards, events, workshops, or designated service categories.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not automatically apply to all services offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

6. Non-Combination of Offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with referral benefits.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with membership bonus credits.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with gift card promotions.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with corporate pricing arrangements.

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to determine which offer provides the greatest benefit where multiple promotions may apply.

7. Availability and Capacity Limitations

All promotional offers are subject to:

• Service availability
• Therapist availability
• Studio capacity
• In-home service availability
• Operational constraints

During peak periods, weekends, holidays, special events, or high-demand periods, promotional bookings may be limited or unavailable.

Participation in a promotion does not guarantee appointment availability.

8. Excluded Dates

Sanju Ayurvedisk may designate certain dates or periods during which promotional offers are unavailable.

Such blackout dates, if applicable, will be communicated as part of the promotion.

9. No Cash Alternative

Promotional discounts, bonus credits, vouchers, referral rewards, and campaign benefits:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to a bank account.
• Cannot be sold or resold.
• Cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless expressly approved.

10. Fraud and Misuse

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any promotion where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Unauthorized use of discount codes
• Manipulation of referral programs
• Commercial resale of promotional benefits

11. Modification or Withdrawal

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to:

• Modify promotional offers;
• Replace promotional benefits;
• Extend or shorten promotional periods; or
• Withdraw promotions entirely,

at its discretion and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

12. General Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all standard booking policies, membership terms, gift card terms, cancellation policies, and website terms remain applicable to promotional bookings.
