These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the OJAS Wellness Vault Membership Program offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

By purchasing, activating, or using an OJAS Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Membership Overview

The OJAS Wellness Vault is a prepaid wellness membership program that provides members with a Wellness Wallet containing purchased credit plus complimentary bonus wellness value.

Membership credits may be used for eligible Ayurvedic wellness programs, massage services, wellbeing experiences, studio services, and in-home wellness services offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

The OJAS Membership is a wellness benefits program and is not a financial product, investment product, savings account, or banking service.

  1. Membership Tiers

OJAS Essence – Wellness Wallet

  • Membership Contribution: NOK 5,000
  • Total Available Wellness Credit: NOK 6,000
  • Complimentary Bonus Wellness Value: NOK 1,000

Benefits:

  • Valid for all eligible massage and wellness services
  • Priority booking access
  • Lifetime validity
  • Studio and in-home service redemption

OJAS Prana – Vitality Wallet

  • Membership Contribution: NOK 10,000
  • Total Available Wellness Credit: NOK 13,000
  • Complimentary Bonus Wellness Value: NOK 3,000

Benefits:

  • Valid for all eligible massage and wellness services
  • Priority booking access
  • Lifetime validity
  • Studio and in-home service redemption

OJAS Reserve – Elite Wallet

  • Membership Contribution: NOK 25,000
  • Total Available Wellness Credit: NOK 35,000
  • Complimentary Bonus Wellness Value: NOK 10,000

Benefits:

  • Valid for all eligible massage and wellness services
  • Highest booking priority
  • Lifetime validity
  • Studio and in-home service redemption
  1. Membership Activation

Membership becomes active only after:

  • Full payment has been received;
  • Membership registration has been completed; and
  • Activation confirmation has been issued by Sanju Ayurvedisk.

Members may begin redeeming services immediately following activation confirmation.

  1. Lifetime Validity

OJAS Memberships do not expire.

Both purchased credit and bonus wellness credit remain available until fully redeemed.

Unused balances remain active indefinitely unless terminated under these Terms & Conditions.

Validity remains subject to Sanju Ayurvedisk’s continued operation and applicable Norwegian regulations. 

  1. Credit Usage

The value of each wellness service redeemed will be deducted from the available Wellness Wallet balance.

The number of services available under a membership depends on:

  • The services selected;
  • The duration of each session;
  • The current service pricing at the time of redemption.

Credits may be used across multiple appointments until the available balance is exhausted.

  1. Eligible Services

Membership credits may be used for:

  • Ayurvedic wellness programs
  • Massage services
  • Studio wellness experiences
  • In-home wellness services
  • Wellness packages
  • Eligible workshops and wellbeing events

Certain promotional services, special events, partner offerings, retail products, gift cards, or limited campaigns may be excluded.

  1. Studio and In-Home Services

Membership credits may be redeemed:

  • At the Sanju Ayurvedisk studio; and
  • For in-home services within our operating service area of up to 200 kilometres driving distance from Sanju Ayurvedisk’s registered studio location, subject to availability.

Additional travel charges may apply for certain locations and will be communicated prior to confirmation.

  1. Priority Booking

OJAS Members receive priority access to appointment scheduling.

Priority booking does not guarantee availability of a specific date, therapist, location, or time.

All appointments remain subject to operational availability.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, particularly during weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

  1. Membership Holder Identification

Memberships are linked to the member’s registered account information.

Sanju Ayurvedisk may request verification of identity before allowing redemption of membership benefits.

Members are responsible for keeping their contact information current and accurate.

In-home wellness services are available within our designated service area of up to 200 kilometres from our service location. A travel fee of NOK 200 applies for in-home services. Any additional fees or special arrangements, if applicable, will be communicated before booking confirmation.

  1. Sharing and Family Use

Membership credits are intended for the purchasing member.

However, credits may be gifted or used for immediate family members or guests with prior notification and approval from Sanju Ayurvedisk.

Memberships may not be resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used as a business benefit without written approval.

  1. Bonus Wellness Credit

Complimentary bonus wellness credit:

  • Has no cash value;
  • Cannot be withdrawn;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be transferred to a bank account;
  • Can only be used toward eligible Sanju Ayurvedisk services.

If a membership purchase is cancelled or refunded under applicable law, bonus wellness credit may be adjusted or cancelled.

  1. Cancellations and No-Shows

Membership bookings are subject to the standard Sanju Ayurvedisk cancellation policy.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may result in the applicable service value being deducted from the membership balance.

  1. Non-Refundable Memberships

Membership purchases are generally non-refundable after activation and use.

Unused purchased credits may be refunded only where required under applicable Norwegian consumer protection laws.

Bonus wellness credits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Membership credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Member Conduct

Sanju Ayurvedisk is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges without refund in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of membership benefits
  • Harassment of staff
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Inappropriate conduct
  • Violation of booking policies
  1. Wellness Disclaimer

Sanju Ayurvedisk provides Ayurvedic wellness programs and wellbeing experiences intended solely for relaxation, balance, mindfulness, stress reduction, and general wellbeing.

We do not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Medical treatment
  • Healthcare services
  • Medical advice

Participation is voluntary.

If you have health concerns, medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or are pregnant, please consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before participating.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from membership participation or the use of any wellness service.

Members participate in wellness activities at their own discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Norwegian law.

  1. Official Communications

Only written communications issued directly by Sanju Ayurvedisk through:

  • Official email correspondence
  • Membership documentation
  • Website publications
  • Official invoices and confirmations

shall be considered binding.

Verbal statements, informal discussions, or undocumented promises shall not constitute binding commitments.

  1. Changes to Membership Program

Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue membership features, benefits, pricing structures, and promotional offers.

Such changes will not reduce already purchased Wellness Wallet balances.

Updated Terms & Conditions become effective upon publication on our website.
