Terms & Conditions for Gift Card Purchases

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Gift Cards issued by Sanju Ayurvedisk. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Gift Card Usage
Sanju Ayurvedisk Gift Cards may be used to book eligible Ayurvedic wellness programs, wellbeing experiences, studio services, and in-home wellness services offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.
Gift Cards may be redeemed for services provided at our wellness studio and for eligible in-home services within our service area, subject to availability and booking requirements.
- Validity and Credit Balance
Sanju Ayurvedisk Gift Cards do not expire.
The credit value associated with the Gift Card remains available until the full balance has been redeemed.
Gift Cards may be used across multiple bookings until the available balance has been fully utilized.
Any unused balance will remain available for future bookings and wellness services.
- Payment Processing
All Gift Card purchases are processed through secure and approved payment providers available on our website.
Payment transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
Sanju Ayurvedisk does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
- Redemption Requirements
To redeem a Gift Card, the recipient must provide the Gift Card code, voucher number, digital Gift Card, or other proof of ownership at the time of booking or before the commencement of the service.
Electronic and printed copies of Gift Cards are accepted.
Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to verify Gift Card authenticity before redemption.
- Partial Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or in part.
Where the value of the selected service is less than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining credit will remain available for future bookings.
Where the value of the selected service exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using an accepted payment method.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Gift Cards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be redeemed for monetary value.
- Cannot be transferred to a bank account.
- Cannot be resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
- Promotions and Discounts
Unless expressly approved by Sanju Ayurvedisk, Gift Cards cannot be combined with promotional campaigns, discount offers, special packages, loyalty rewards, or other promotional pricing. Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to determine eligibility for combining offers.
- Booking Requirements
Advance booking is recommended for all Gift Card redemptions.
We recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
All bookings remain subject to availability.
- Studio and In-Home Services
Gift Cards may be redeemed for:
- Studio-based wellness programs and services
- In-home wellness services within our designated operating area of up to 200 kilometres from our service location
Additional travel fees may apply for certain locations and will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
- Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Use
Gift Card holders are responsible for safeguarding their Gift Card information.
Sanju Ayurvedisk is not responsible for:
- Lost Gift Cards
- Stolen Gift Cards
- Unauthorized use of Gift Card codes
- Incorrect recipient information supplied during purchase
Replacement Gift Cards may be issued at our sole discretion upon verification of purchase.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings made using a Gift Card are subject to Sanju Ayurvedisk’s standard booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the applicable booking value being deducted from the Gift Card balance.
- Service Availability
All wellness programs, wellbeing experiences, studio services, and in-home services are subject to availability.
Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue services where reasonably necessary.
Where possible, alternative services of comparable value may be offered.
- Wellness Disclaimer
Sanju Ayurvedisk provides Ayurvedic wellness programs intended solely for relaxation, balance, mindfulness, stress reduction, and general wellbeing.
We do not provide:
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical treatment
- Healthcare services
- Medical advice
If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before participating in any wellness program.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, redemption, or use of a Gift Card.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Norwegian law.

Gift Card Disclaimer
Sanju Ayurvedisk Gift Cards represent prepaid credit that may be redeemed for eligible wellness programs and services offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk. Gift Cards do not expire and remain valid until the available credit balance has been fully utilized. All services remain subject to booking availability and applicable booking policies.
