Terms & Conditions for Corporate & Employee Wellness Programs

These Terms & Conditions govern corporate wellness services, employee wellbeing initiatives, corporate gift cards, workplace wellness sessions, events, and related programmes offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk.
- Corporate Wellness Programs
Sanju Ayurvedisk provides customised wellness solutions for organisations, including:
- Employee wellbeing programmes
- Workplace wellness initiatives
- Recognition and reward (R&R) programmes
- Corporate gift cards
- Executive wellness sessions
- Team wellbeing experiences
- Conferences, retreats, meetings and corporate events
- On-site wellness sessions
- In-home wellness experiences
- Wellness workshops and educational sessions
All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
- Corporate Wellness Gift Cards
Eligibility
Corporate Wellness Gift Cards may be purchased by:
- Employers
- Human Resources departments
- Administrative teams
- Corporate procurement teams
- Business organisations
for distribution to employees, clients, partners, or approved recipients.
Delivery
Gift cards may be issued electronically or in another format agreed upon with the corporate client.
Delivery timelines will be confirmed during the ordering process.
Custom Branding
Subject to feasibility, Sanju Ayurvedisk may offer:
- Company branding
- Personalised messages
- Corporate wellness campaign branding
Additional fees may apply.
Redemption
Corporate Wellness Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible services offered by Sanju Ayurvedisk, including:
- Ayurvedic wellness programs
- Massage services
- Studio wellness experiences
- In-home wellness services
- Wellness workshops and events
Redemption is subject to appointment availability.
Validity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Corporate Wellness Gift Cards do not expire and remain valid until the available balance has been fully redeemed.
Non-Cash Value
Gift cards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be transferred to a bank account;
- Cannot be redeemed for financial compensation;
- Cannot be resold for commercial purposes.
Lost or Misused Gift Cards
The recipient is responsible for safeguarding gift card details.
Sanju Ayurvedisk is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from sharing, theft, loss, or disclosure of gift card information.
- Workplace Wellness Events and Corporate Sessions
Booking Requirements
Corporate wellness sessions may include:
- On-site workplace wellness activities
- Wellness days
- Employee appreciation events
- Executive wellness programmes
- Conferences and retreats
- Team-building wellbeing activities
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Participant Information
Corporate clients should inform Sanju Ayurvedisk of any relevant participant information that may affect service delivery, including:
- Mobility considerations
- Allergies
- Pregnancy
- Other conditions relevant to participation
Participation remains voluntary.
Wellness Disclaimer
Sanju Ayurvedisk provides Ayurvedic wellness programs and wellbeing experiences intended solely for relaxation, mindfulness, stress reduction, balance, and general wellbeing.
We do not provide:
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical treatment
- Healthcare services
- Medical advice
Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
Venue Responsibilities
The corporate client is responsible for ensuring that:
- The venue is suitable for the planned activities;
- Adequate space is available;
- Health and safety requirements are met;
- Necessary permissions have been obtained.
Property and Equipment
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
To the extent permitted by law, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during corporate events.
- Wellness Days and Recurring Workplace Programs
Sanju Ayurvedisk may offer recurring wellness programmes, including periodic workplace wellness sessions.
Specific programme details, schedules, participant limits, locations, pricing, and booking requirements will be confirmed separately for each engagement.
- Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before programme delivery.
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
- Services may be postponed or cancelled if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
Corporate clients may request cancellation or rescheduling.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled without charge.
- Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to fees reflecting preparation, staffing, and operational costs.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential business information responsibly.
Information exchanged during planning and delivery of corporate wellness programmes shall not be disclosed to third parties except:
- With consent;
- Where legally required;
- To facilitate delivery of the agreed services.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanju Ayurvedisk shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from participation in corporate wellness programmes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Norwegian law.
- Changes to Corporate Programs
Sanju Ayurvedisk reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue corporate wellness offerings, programme structures, and related benefits.
Any material changes affecting an active corporate engagement will be communicated to the relevant client contact.
